Pilots note that the The Sundre Airport has full information listed in the CANADA FLIGHT SUPPLEMENT.Sundre Airport

For business or pleasure the 4,285 ft. hard surface runway 14-32 can accommodate aircraft up to 50,000 lbs such as Bizjet Cessna Citation as well as Twin-Otter, Beech King Air, Dash 8, DC-3, Convair, etc.

There is no user fee charge at this Mountain View County owned airport. The Terminal Building is open 24 hours with washrooms and payphone. "Under wing" camping is welcome.

There are no paid employees. Information may be obtained by phoning Sundre Flying Club volunteers (403) 638-2214 or (403) 638-9001.

The airport is 3 miles (4.8 km) to the center of the Town of Sundre where taxi service, hotels, restaurants are available. There is no courtesy car. Transportation needs can be met by the Sundre Taxi - 403-638-8500.
